The most-talked-about couple on television, Ashmit Patel and Veena Malik, have reportedly parted ways.

From the start, when the duo displayed their cuddly romance on Bigg Boss 4, there was an apparent one-sidedness to the whole affair, with Veena showering Ashmit with lavish love.

They stuck together after Bigg Boss and Veena was seen by Ashmit’s side at his birthday party in January. In February, it was Ashmit’s turn to make Veena’s birthday special when he flew down to Delhi to be at her side.

But, Veena got a queen-sized snub from Ashmit’s sister Amisha Patel, who didn’t invite her to the launch of her production house. Veena was reportedly so upset that she left Mumbai and went back to Pakistan.

As for the love story, sources say that the chemistry between the two has gone cold and they are just on friendly terms now.
