She later appeared in a number of other programmes. As a participant in the 2007 series of Celebrity Big Brother, she was at the center of allegations of bullying, racist and elitist comments against fellow housemate Shilpa Shetty, the noted Indian actress, she denies being racist. Jade Goody participates in the Indian show ‘Big Boss-Season 2 ’. This time, Ms. Shilpa Shetty will be her ‘host’, and not housemate. |

I’m very sory to hear Jade’s news and wish her all the best. I hope she has alot of support round her. I think it was nice that she had such a nice reception in India and made good friends with other housemates before she left. It says alot for India that the people were willing to welcome her and just make their own minds up about Jade. It’s very impressive. Shilpa is so stunning!

Before calling Jade racist , Look at yourselves.
We Indians are one of the most racist ourselves. Its just that none of us are willing to accept it. We try to cover it up by saying we were oppressed & were victims of Racism.
Being victims of Racism doesn’t give us the right to become racist ourself.
Caste system is embedded deep still. We look down upon Native African’s still referring to them as Negros.
We Indians need to sensitize ourselves to Racism first.
She may have been a racist, but she realised her mistake and apologised. If she were really nasty and had a big ego, she’d never have apologised to Shilpa in front of the world. There are very few people who publically accept their mistake and make amends. She’s one of them. And for those who have said bad things about her… how different are you?
